I talked too a fitbit CSR today and he stated that there is a software issue with the Fitbit Versa 2 pairing with the Samsung Galaxy 9. Is there a timeline when this issue will be fixed?
When I bought this watch for my wife, it was stated that the Samsung Galaxy 9 was fully supported. Why does Fitbit constantly have pairing or connectivity issues after the fact?
Having a page dedicated to the status of known issues/tickets would be beneficial to all of the customers that have to suffer due to Fitbit's lack of technical skills.

Best AnswerHi @Blayzer21 your posts were merged into one thread so you can get your responses in one place. Since you talked to customer support, you already have the Fitbit company's information. I had problems with my Samsung 8, but recent app updates took care of it. Be sure you have the latest version of the app for your phone and the latest update on your phone. Android 9 had an update last week.
