Versa 2 not receiving notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm going to preface this by saying I've followed the advice here and here multiple times and it has not worked. I've restarted both phone and watch. Unpaired and paired. Synched. Etc.

First I was getting double notifications, and so followed instructions on how to fix that. Now my notifications won't appear at all, and the app tells me I need to reboot my phone to activate notifications...but when I do that, nothing changes.

This is extremely irritating. Please help!

Apologies, I forgot to say my Fitbit is a Versa 2 which I've had since the 30th of September 2021.

Thanks ❤️

Welcome, @Danselot. It's great to see you around.

Thanks for the details provided and all the troubleshooting performed before posting. I could see that you were following some troubleshooting steps from a post that was shared 5 years ago, so I recommend you to try the rest of the troubleshooting steps from this updated help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? Also make sure that your phone is updated to the latest Android version available for it.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thank you for the reply and sorry for taking so long to respond. I've gone through each bit of the guide and tried all the troubleshooting. Disabling/enabling notifications and doing a phone restart worked for about an hour, and then the notifications stopped again. It has also stopped tracking and sending my data to Strava, despite me relinking the watch to Strava.

What else can I do with this?

Thanks
