I just got a versa 2 and I'm not able to receive my texts on the watch. I've contacted customer support many of times and done everything they have suggested. I've made sure all notifications are on, Bluetooth is on, sleep/DND are off, paired/unpaired, logged in/out of account, even went into phone settings cleared data/cache OS is Android 12.. per customer support...still not working. I'm only alerted that I have a text once I open it on the watch it disappears I'm not able to see who it's from, what it says, or respond..I have to manually track it down on my phone which is tricky when I get multiple texts. I'm thinking of returning the watch due to frustration & having tried did anyone else have this issue? How did you fix it?

I took back my Versa 2 a few days ago because I had the same exact issue!!

Versa 2, returned.
Charge 5, still trying...going to cellular store on Monday for assistance since Fitbit cannot help! F!@#$!@ losers!!!

I'm frustrated too I did see that the app is undergoing some work today. So I'm hoping that it's back up tomorrow and that is all the problem is.
