I still can not synic my versa 2. I have updated my app and tried all trouble shooting.

What phone do you have?

 

What Fitbit app version?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

 

What watch version?

On the watch

Swipe left

Click on Settings

Scroll & click on About

Version near the top

Phone is Samsung Galaxy S8

 

Fitbit version 337.1

 

Versa 2 Version. 35.70.714

 

Still no luck syncing.

Thanks for the useful information, all good, except your Versa 2 is 2 releases behind.

 

If logging in to the Fitbit app, doing a pull down refresh and then clicking profile photo, then device photo and clicking the circle by sync doesn't work [ try the procedure twice] then

 

Logout of the Fitbit app, Restart both phone and watch, login again, click profile photo and do set up a device, with your watch on charge and near the WiFi router and phone.

 

Make sure only your phone and watch have Bluetooth on.
