After sync issue and reloading app my android phone won't pair to my versa2 fitbit.

Have you tried this, noting that no other Bluetooth device should be on, besides your watch and phone
In the phone Fitbit App On the main Today tab Pull down to initiate a refresh If the popup progress bar has a syncing line that succeeds then it is syncing Then also Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" |
You may need to repeat the process a few time and a Pair popup should appear.

Hi there @Darmy1941, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.
Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Moving on to the troubleshooting steps, please do the following:
1. Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

Had this same problem. When you set up the fitibit, use Versa instead of Versa 2. Worked for me.
