So I am not sure what happened so I am,hooing someone is able to help me out. My Versa Lite was not syncing right so I tried everything. The only thing left to try was deleting it from my app and readding it. So I deleted it amd went to reas add it and nothing happened. All the fitbit says is, "data not cleared sync and try again". I have read the manuel and found nothing. What does that mean amd how do I fix it?

I'm sorry to hear about your Versa Lite not syncing, and thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Let's work on this together. Usually the "data not cleared" message appears when your device isn't connected to your account. Although you've tried troubleshooting your device, please give a try to the following steps:
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Go back to the previous screen, tap on "Force Stop" and reboot your phone.
If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and Android version. As well with a screenshot of any error message that you receive. For instructions to attach a screenshot, check this post.
