Versa Lite won't sync and isn't working at all

I'm so beyond frustrated, ever since the latest update with the app my tracker has been going bonkers, randomly restarting itself, battery lasts 5 hours at the most, recording no activity, heart rate is out of control! I've been trying to get it to sync for 11 hours and still nothing, what the heck? Last night it died in the middle of the night and it was fully charged before I fell asleep! So disappointed, Fitbit used to be so good. I had a Charge HR back in 2015 and I wore it for years until it broke apart, now these trackers are expensive and don't last but 6 months if that! It seems like they are doing nothing to address the ongoing issues with their products which are definitely not fit for purpose, the last update bricked my tracker and I had to get a replacement! Looking elsewhere for a better tracker that actually works, I'm a runner so I need something that's going to function properly! So glad to see that I'm not the only one going through this, I feel your frustrations!

I see where your frustration is coming from, I understand how important is the Versa Lite for you. 

 

In this case, I'd like you to restart your watch and continue monitoring its functionality. In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting, reply to the following questions: 

 

- Is your watch not tracking any data or only activities?

- Is your heart rate too high or too low?

- Have you followed these tips  to extend the battery of your watch?
