I am using Samsung 7 Edge. I had some issues syncing my Versa but reset phone bluetooth and watch and worked for about 12 hours. 3 days ago it quit keeping accurate time, wont sync. I have updated fitbit app updates phone shut down both phone and versa, uninstalled and reinstalled app. I finally uninstalled the Versa and am trying to reinstall that but the bluetooth will not find it. Then when it does it gives me the code and after that it times out and I start all over again. Still not fixed, time is inaccurate. Seriously disappointed I bought this product I'm May after my Blaze died. It's a lot of money to invest and not be able to use it.

Thanks for sharing the steps that you have already tried.
I'd like to recommend that you try going through these steps, in order. Even if you have already done some of them, please try them again as part of this process. It should definitely help out.
There is also a possibility that the Bluetooth connection was corrupted in some way. To fix that, let's try to remove the Versa from your S7's Bluetooth settings and then run the setup once again.

Thanks for letting me know that you have gone through those steps.
Are you getting some sort of error message when you try to sync? If so, what does it say? Did you sync your Fitbit with another phone? Also, when did this start happening?

My Versa is not keeping correct time not sure how to resolve this issue. I'm not very good at technical stuff help.

I'd recommend that you try following all of the steps showing in this article. It should take you step by step on what you can do to change and correct the time in your Fitbit.
