I have a samsung galaxy 9 note. The only notification I get says I am up to date. I have never received any notifications.

Hi @phyllisclement. Welcome! It's nice to see you on board.

Thanks for letting me know that the notifications haven't worked on your Versa. To work on this together, first make sure that the Fitbit app and your watch are updated to the latest version. Also, verify if the notifications on your Versa are turned on by swiping down from the top of the screen, taping the quick settings icon and turning off the Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode settings.

If the notifications are still not working, remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings in your phone and set up the notifications one more time.

Keep me posted.

Hi @Subpcm, welcome on board. @phyllisclement, it's good to see you here. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

@Subpcm, about your question, you can set up the notifications by doing the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile's icon.
  2. Tap on the Versa > Notifications.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  4. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.

In regards to your other inquiry, your watch can be restarted by following the steps described in this help article, however let me recommend to try that just when you're having issues with your watch and a troubleshooting article is requesting that process.

@phyllisclement, thanks for checking the information posted above. In regards to your inquiry, if your Versa runs the latest firmware version and the Fitbit app is also updated, when sipping down you should see the music icon, wallet icon (in case you've Fitbit Pay) and the settings icon. Tap on the third one and then make sure the circle icon (Do Not Disturb) and a moon icon (Sleep mode) are grayed out so your watch can receive the notifications (See screenshot below):

Let me know how it goes.
