How do I get firmware 4.0 on my versa 1? I have 32.331 and saying no new update?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? Can you please confirm if the Fitbit app and your Android mobile device version are up to date? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article.
