I have restarted the fitbit and the phone and reinstalled the app...I've tried turning notifications off and back on...nothing is helping...any pointers?

Hi I have the Huawei p30 Lite and it will not sync so I get my notifications on my watch such as phone calls or messages what am I doing wrong I've always had iPhones

I've got the same phone and notifications are working. You check your permissions on the phone and the app? You might need to remove the app and then reinstall it.

I am also having this issue!
I've done the following:
- uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- shutdown the Versa multiple times
- checked the Bluetooth connection
- checked that the notifications were on on my watch and on the phone through the app
I reached out to Fitbit via Twitter but they were not helpful.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7.
