All my other apps are sending my watch notifications except my Ring doorbell app. I have it checked in the list of app notifications but it still won't go to my versa watch. I think the Ring app updated last week and now for some reason I'm not getting notifications on my watch even though I'm still getting them on my phone and they are selected in the Fitbit app list.

@Mspillers Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird that your Versa isn't receiving the notifications from this app but you're getting them on your phone. I would like you to try the following:
1. Remove the Fitbit app from your phone.
2. Reinstall the Fitbit app from the Google Play Store.
Let me know how it goes.

@Mspillers Thanks for getting back. I truly appreciate that you're troubleshooting this with me.
I would like you to turn off notifications from this app in your phone's settings and remove your Versa from Bluetooth. After this, turn them back on and set them up again.
Additionally, please check if you app needs any permission that might prevent that Fitbit is receiving these notifications.
Let me know how it goes.

Yeah I've tried this it didn't work either. I also can't find anywhere that would need permission to have the notifications.

Doesn't work for my wife either, even after uninstalling and reinstalling both apps. It used to work and then stopped after a fitbit update. It works on my versa but not hers.

Hey everyone! Thanks for the extra details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that you're receiving all the other notifications but not the ones from this app. I've noticed that there has been an update for Ring Doorbell app, I would like you to check with Ring Doorbell app directly to check if you maybe there were some changes that might avoid that Fitbit receives these notifications.
Let me know how it goes.

It's not Ring. It works on my device, a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which is "not on your compatibility list," but doesn't work on my wife's Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which is on the list. It worked after updating the Ring app, and died after your update.

Its not the ring app, its fitbit. Notification come through fine onto all my devices but not to the watch. The watch receved everother notification ive given permission to except fitbit. All was fine until fitbit update.

Mspillers, you should clear the Best Answer/Answered from your comment. I don't know who designated that, but this issue is ongoing and the designation makes it look like this is fixed when it's not. Do the fitbit staff just mark stuff answered so these questions go away?

I agree, this is ongoing. I did a chat with customer service at ring yesterday. They checked all my settings and told me all are correct for receiving notifications. it sounds like they are concerned with this issue. Might be a good idea if everyone affected by this contact ring support like I did.
This afternoon a strange thing happened : I got a notification from Ring on my Versa, but it was not the expected alert of motion or doorbell ringing! It was a Neighborhood response someone posted to a video my husband had uploaded to the neighborhood area on ring.
Something definitely broke the alert notifications we used to get after the last fitbit app update.

I have been having the same exact issue. I have tried everything I can think of. Reinstalled the Fitbit & Ring apps. Everything is connected and all other apps send notifications to my Fitbit. Except the RING.
