Versa not receiving Ring doorbell app notifications

All my other apps are sending my watch notifications except my Ring doorbell app.  I have it checked in the list of app notifications but it still won't go to my versa watch.  I think the Ring app updated last week and now for some reason I'm not getting notifications on my watch even though I'm still getting them on my phone and they are selected in the Fitbit app list.

The versa updated for me last week and now mine no longer works either.  All the other notifications are coming through but Ring is not.  I'm also having to re-establish bluetooth connection almost daily.  The new update is awful..... wish I can turn it back to what it had before

 

Debating doing a switch to Samsung watch....

I have been having this same problem for several weeks. Something occurred to me this morning, and I would like input from the forum.

Amazon bought Ring. Google recently acquired Fitbit. Perhaps it is sabotage.... Since they each have a line of wearables.???

Hmm, but my wife has a versa2 and it works fine. Interesting nevertheless!

I have the versa2 and the ring notifications do not work. Maybe your wife hasn't updated hers to the latest software update, which is what seems to be the issue.

Thanks for the update. There is some talk going around that because Google
have recently acquired Fitbit the fix for this is not a priority?

Any truth to the rumour?

I have a Galaxy Note 8.  Previously I received notifications for my Ring Pro video doorbell and my Spotlight cameras; but since the latest Fitbit update, I no longer receive the Ring notifications.

Can we undo the update?

Woke up this morning to a blank screen.  Green vertical lines.  Support says my screen is corrupt.  Everything was fine before the firmware update!!!!

No, still nothing - It does not seem to be a priority for Fitbit. I have
had 2 friends who have opted not to buy a Fitbit because of this.
Disappointing to say the least.

This morning I received notification on Versa watch from the Ring app for the Neighbors - Weekly Police Report. That is a weekly report, usually sent once a week on Sunday morning. Not sure if this is the first time I've received the notification on the watch or if I just didn't notice it before. Still not receiving motion or doorbell notifications on the watch.
