Versa not receiving notifications with Huawei P30 pro

I am not receiving notifications on from my Versa on my P30 pro any more. They worked absolutely fine at first and now they don't work at all. I tried sending a test call from the app which didn't do anything.

 

I've paired the device and unpaired it, notifications are 'ON' in the Fitbit settings and on the Versa.

 

Can anyone advise please?

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 3 and my P30 Pro. 

Fingers crossed for a solution..

I'm also not receiving notifications from my versa on my p30 - it's always been intermittent, but has totally stopped working. I've also tried un-pairing etc, but it makes no difference.  Is there a solution to this yet?

Fitbit essentially told me that the Versa and P30 Pro aren't compatible and that I will likely not get notifications - great that half the features now don't work.
