Versa not receiving notifications with Samsung Note 20

My fitbit versa will not show text or call Notifications from my Samsung Note 20. 

I tried all the troubleshooting steps for phone, versa, and fitbit app. Please advise

On your phone open the fitbit app and click on your account image in the top left corner, this will take you to your account page. From there, click on the watch you use (mine says fitbit versa 2), this will take you to the watches clock faces, apps etc. Scroll down and look for heading named GENERAL. From there, click on Notifications. 

 

Make sure your Notification previews are turn on for your phone as well.

 

Try this and see if it helps you 🙂
