Versa not receiving text messages

I bought the new Versa ~1 month ago and was able to receive text message notifications. After the recent update, I haven't been getting notified for text messages. I am able to still receive email (gmail), and other notifications (snap chat, other apps I have deemed "yes" to receive notifications on my Versa). I have tried disabling and then re-enabling notifications. I have tried turning off blue tooth and then re activating bluetooth.

I have a Versa on LG G and am not receiving text notifications.

I am using a Galaxy S8 and it is running version 8.  I have never been able to receive text messages on my Versa and was originally told it was because I use Message+.  In the beginning I was receiving calls on my Versa; however, now the calls do not even come in.  I have tried the steps in your email.... however, some were confusing and my notification page doesn't seem to be set up the way it was in some of the "help" articles (screenshot attached).

Thanks for sharing that screenshot.

In this case you could look for the notifications settings in your phone. Be sure that you have permissions set up to get the notifications on your phone and thus on your Fitbit. You can find the permissions under Sound and notification in your phone's settings.

All notifications on my phone, Fitbit app, and Message+ app are turned on!  I am still not receiving text messages from Message+.  Any other Versa users out there not receiving Message+ notifications??????  Very frustrating!

• Are you getting Message+ notifications on your phone? 
• Do you get notifications from other apps on your Fitbit?
• What app version are you running?

Yes, I receive the Message+ notifications on my phone.  I receive phone calls on my Fitbit and Fitbit notifications.  And I am running version 32.32.10.15.
