Versa not syncing with P20 Lite

I know that there is a problem with the android app as some stats showing 0, but the last time my versa synced to my Huawei pw0 lite was the 12th. I can't see any stats even when I go into the tiles

I've found a fix to make my hauwei p20 lite sync with my versa change the clock face on the versa if you want to look for the screenshot below click install once installed put your own pic on 👍Screenshot_20190113-033233.jpg
