Fit bit versa won't sync with app on my samsung, was syncing earlier but now I'm getting an error message

I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps showing on this article. Be sure to go through them in order, they should definitely help out in getting your Fitbit to sync.

 

In the meantime, I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What phone are you using?
  • When did this start happening?
  • What does the error message say?
