I have a Fitbit charge 3 and everything was working fine on my Samsung phone. I have upgraded to a Samsung A51 phone and since then I am unable to receive text messages or email notifications on the Fitbit charge 3. I haven't changed any settings on the Fitbit. I have also reloaded the fit and rebooted . The Fitbit does sync everything else with no issues.
This is not a major issue but it was convenient being able to check messages on the watch.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your Charge 3 for the next 24 hours and see if it receives text notifications properly.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to resolve the issue of my Charge 3 receiving
text & email messages but I notice that my Samsung phone is not listed on
the compatible phone list.
