Versa will not connect to Samsung S10

My samsung S10 just updated and since the update my fitbit will not sync with my phone. I unpaired the device from the fitbit app and attempted to re-pair the device and now it will not connect. I followed all of the advice... I've shutdown, restarted and even factory reset the device on top of checking the bluetooth permissions, removing the fitbit app, resetting the network settings and still nothing. However, I have an old iPhone 6s and it connects just fine to my Fitbit!!! I do not want to get a new watch.. it was the last gift I received from my mother before she passed.

I am having the same issue with my Versa and S10Plus since the recent update.

So I kept playing with my device and it still did not work however, this did. I had an old iPhone (completely turned off) and I connected my versa to it under the same sign on (so basically I was logged into my personal device and my old iphone). I left it alone like that all day and my versa is now connecting to my S10. I am going to uninstall the app from my iphone and see if I lose connection to my versa. So far so good and I'm actually starting to receive text and call notifications to my versa from my samsung. Hopefully between us both we will find a solution!
