Versa won't connect to Galaxy J8 or tablet

Versa was connected, bought Lignite faces tried to setup. Couldn't  then all devices wouldn't sync. Deleted Versa off fitbit but now won't reconnect at all. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Have restarted all devices still nothing. Help!!

@Karen-F It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your issues syncing your Versa with your phone or tablet. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try setting it up. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I seem to be held at ranson by Lignite.me to use their analogue colck face.

I have tried to restart my Fitbit Vers at least six times and not been sucessful. Please hlep me get my Versa back!

Never Mind! I restarted and got rid of the Lignite "virous." It took over 10 attempts and 30 min+ but it is out!
