Thanks for bringing this up, trying to reinstall the app and sharing that picture.
I'd like to ask, what exactly is it that happens when you tap on that button? Do you get some sort of error message or something? If so, what does it say?
As for the syncing situation, please try to follow these steps in order. They should definitely help out in getting your Versa to sync.

What phone are you using? Also, have you updated the app to the latest version? Perhaps it could be related to that.
Additionally, do you have access to any other phone that you could use to try and duplicate the issue? If so, please do.
