Versa won't sync

My Fitbit Versa is having an issue syncing to my phone. This happened once before and was quickly resolved when I posted on this forum website. It is like it won't connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. I have disconnected and reconnected in my phone settings, but it still won't connect and sync on the app. Has anyone else had issues with this?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Same issue here, just started gew days ago.  Did everything possible and everything customer service desk said, still a useless, expensive bracelet at this point.  No more Fitbit for me this will be my last.
