Hello, for some reason the Fitbit app will not open in the play store and if it does open, when I click update I get a message saying an error has occured. I tried restarting the phone made space on the phone signed in and out in play store but still this problem persists. I have an LG Stylo 4 yes I know it's not suggested phone for Fitbit however iv been using Fitbit with my versa for about 2 years now and I gotta say for the most part Fitbit worked well on my phone. Hope there's a solution, thanks!

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
