I'm extremely disappointed how Fitbit have decided to lock away user's own sleep data behind a Paywall subscription.
Subscription for:
* Audio & Video Workouts
* Guided Programs
I totally understand because they're added features to enhance/supplement the tracker but
* Premium Insights
So I can see my sleeping heart rate, my own data from the tracker, is pretty rude.
I bought the tracker specifically for sleep data and there was nothing in the website to indicate that it is or will be accessible behind a paid subscription fee @ $14.99/month AUD... to access my sleeping heart rate

i am sorry you bought a fitbit. this is the type of sh*t fitbit does. they used to be a great company with decent products. now, the company is the woooooorst. they don't listen to their customer bases and the trackers are junk. i bought mine for spo2 levels, as it was advertised to have. being asthmatic, this was important to me. took them years to activate it and they gave lame excuses. the spo2 reader also is only for sleeping when the advertised it to do much more. again, sorry you bought it. maybe you can return it? there are much better trackers out there and companies.

I bought it long time ago, when you could still see your sleeping heart rate.
Can’t return it now.
