Like many other posts I read I'm having major issues with Versa 2. It's 1 1/2 years old and stopped working about a week ago. Followed all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing worked. Reset both phone and watch but nothing. I have a brand new LG Stylo 4 phone. It shows on Bluetooth on both phone and Fire tablet, says wrong Pin number of passkey, whatever those are, but won't pair. Message now reads on watch to start download Fitbit app. Did all that numerous times but nothing works.
The battery is fully charged, that was never a problem.
So for now I have a $150 useless watch. So frustrating.

Happy to report that my watch issued has been fixed...sort of. I got it to work after being in a chat room with Phil. My new phone (LG Stylo 4) wasn't compatible with the upgrade and I still had my old one so I tried to set it up and it worked. However, I cannot get it to change watch faces. The little circle keeps spinning and spinning. I guess that's another issue, but at least it's not a total waste.

Hello @Gkbreznay when changing phones, the user simply logs out of Fitbit on the old phone, remove the tracker from the old phones bluetooth.
On the new p GB one, log into the Fitbit app and confirm any requests.
Your new phone is now ready to go.
As for the spinning clock, if you can swipe left, I would go to the saved clocks and choose a different clock. It try a restart, or wait for the clock to load.
