What do sync icon colors mean?

I can't find any help info that describes what the sync icon colors (grey, green, blue) mean.

 

I'm interested in both standard operation as well as during and after connected GPS exercise modes.

 

My setup is Charge2, Android app, "stay connected" on, ''all day sync" off.

Hi @ChasPro716,

 

I haven't seen a description of that, but here is what I gather they mean:

 

1. Grey means disconnected sync state.

2. Green means connected sync state.

3. Blue means actively syncing.

 

They always seem to be in this order 1,2,3.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

When I manually start a sync, it spins grey during sync and then sits at green for a while, doing what? I don't know.
