I purchased a fitbit charge 2 yesterday (I have been saving for a long time) just to find that it has problems syncing. I get notifications for a few minutes then it stops and the app says to restart device. I read some posts of people having similar problems and saw that Huawei P10 plus is not compatible ... When will this change or should I just return my fitbit charge 2?

At this moment we do not have any news on when we can expect devices to be added to the list. Please know that our team is aware of the multiple requests to do so and we will let everyone know the moment we have any updates.
Having said that, as long as your phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0 it is possible that it can sync. Some users of other devices not on the list have mentioned that following these steps can work to get it to sync.
