Update: 7/13/17

 

For anyone still experiencing this app crash, it has now been resolved in the app version 2.53. Please update your Fitbit app to the latest version!

Hi,
Alas, no it doesn't help. I can't find a sync button or anything on the desktop site.
I have tried connecting via the USB charger cable and via the Dongle, but nothing syncs. After deleting and installing (yet) again, it takes an age to look for the Tracker (which is right next to my Oppo A37 phone). Really hoping you can fix this soon, as I don't want to have to take my laptop on holiday with me.
Do you have step-by-step instructions as to how to sync via the desktop site please?

A warm welcome to the Community @Alebay, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. Could you please be more specific about the issue you have with your Blaze? Where are you seeing the blank screen, in the app or the tracker?

I have android version 5.1 and fit bit app has suddenly stopped working. White screen and freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it only works once and crashes again when I load app the 2nd time. Is there any other way to sync my steps?

I need to sync as part of AIA Vitality program everyday this fitbit app doesn't work is costing me points and rewards.

The same has just started happening for me on Android 6.0.1.

Clearing the app data via settings fixes the app for one use only. Same as re-installing.

I have had the same problem for a fortnight on Android 5.1.1. The screen goes white and the app crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day to get it to work.

Still having this issue it's been over 1wk Now.  Very annoying to say the least.  Oppo f1s. Do we have time frame as to when it will be fixed.  As the laptop and computer are inconvenient, and I don't always have access to computer and laptop.  Very dissapointed  in how long it's taken to fix this issue.

Still a white screen when I login on my phone updated my app as was recommended everyday I have uninstall my app reinstall it and login to get it to work I see  a lot of other people on the forum having the same issues??

I've had this happening for almost three weeks now and it's driving me insane.  I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app EVERY DAY so I can sync my activity.

I hear you I am at the point where I am fully over my fitbit.. Don't get
me wrong love it when it is working. But seriously they are taking way to
long to iron out the bugs so to speak.

That's if it even syncs... Anyone's take an age to find the tracker, if at all? I think I'll be going for a refund.

Yes. I have to fiddle around with it, restart it, etc every time I want it
to Sync. Fitbit needs to do better!
