Hi all,
Judy got an Alta Fitbit 2 weeks ago. It's been working great. Yesterday it stopped syncing and I can't get it to work. It keeps saying tracker not found. Ty

I'm also having this issue (with Alta HR). My Fitbit app updated overnight and I haven't been able to sync since I woke up. I've tried resetting my Fitbit, the app, my Bluetooth, and my phone, and it still won't sync.

I assume it's something to do with that, but now what?? My app auto-reply and I don't know if there's a way to get rid of the update
