What's the deal, my Zip will not sycn. It hasn't synced since 20FEB19. Please fix this issue

@DrHerndon Hi and Welcome - have you tried the usual stuff like turning off blue tooth and then turning back on - does Bluetooth still recognize the zip or does it need to be rescanned, and have you tried to restart the zip the following articles may help

If these do not work I would suggest a call to customer service as they maybe able to suggest some other options or let you know if there are any know issues that they are currently working on
