i turn my notification on my kindle fire hd 7 on the fitbit app, i don't get messages. why? what should i do?

Hello @charliezbernad Fitbit does not offer an app for the kindle, I would ask the people that ported the app over to the Kindle.

Which phone is the app on, we are on the board for hardware help issues with the Charge 2.

I downloaded the fItbit app on my kindle fire HD7, which is considered an Android tablet.

I understand that, I'm unaware of where the app was downloaded from. 

Fitbit has never offered an app for the Kindle Fire and has never made an app that has been customized for the hardware in the Fire. 

We or Fitbit will not be able to help with this. 

Fitbit does not offer an app on the Kindle play store.

Amazon app store offers fitbit app version 2.63.

I've been using this as a back up if the current phone app is being a pain in the proverbial. Must have had it for getting on a couple of years.

I downloaded the Fitbit app for the Kindle Fire HD from the Amazon store years ago.   Kindle Fire HD also considered an android device.  It worked at first, just doesn't work anymore now.
