alta won't pair with my samsung note 3

I tried restarting my note 3 and still does not pair with my new alta, can u please help with next steps?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @jajenz! I hope you're doing great! 

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row, make sure that your mobile network is working properly, log out from the app, reboot your mobile device and then log back in.
