Hello @cosmograd2002,

Your Fitbit doesn't pair to your phone like traditional bluetooth devices.  To set up your replacement Flex:

  1. Run your Fitbit App.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to your account settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Setup A New Fitbit Device".
  5. Follow the instructions.

I hope this helps.
