call notifications option not showing in settings

I have a Charge HR and recently got a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S6). It says it is compatible for call notifications but I can't see the option to even turn it on in my account settings.

Read this article - click - on how to set it up. I have a ChargeHR and run Lollipop on my Samsumg 4.

 

See if any of that helps. Sometimes a restart of the device and/or turning off bluetooth and restarting the phone works.
