cannot get mobile track to work

I have tried to add a device and mobile track is not an option. I have unlined my flex and tried an aging and nothing. I have a Samsung galexy s4 Active which says that it is compatible however it is not working.. any ideas

It only supports HTC M8. I asked many times about other phones but nothing 😞

That's not possible as my friend has hers set up to track and she has a Samsung g5

Yes, and the Charge HR doesn't support M8. That means Fitbit fully supports not a single Android device.

@lilmami92 To clarify, the MobileTrack feature is only supported on the HTC M8.
