Today morning I cannot start fitbit app on my huawei smart phone. It always crashes after it starts. I have android 8.0.0. Yesterday the app works still fine. And today I have not have any system or fitbit update, but it does not work any more. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Hi, @Jiawei! Trying clearing the cache and data first. You'll have to log back in. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Hi, @Jiawei! Trying clearing the cache and data first. You'll have to log back in. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have uninstall it and reinstall it again. Now it works again.
