i have a samsung galaxy note 4 and i cant get my fitbit to pair it keeps saying rejected.. help please

I am having trouble too. I have a galaxy s4 and it keeps telling me that Bluetooth is not working. Grrr . Plus my dashboard changed and I can't get it back to what I had
