Flex2 has connected to blue tooth but when you go to dash board and tap devices it comes up with nothing paired please help

How did you connect the Flex? Fitbits are unusual in that the connection has to be made via the fitbit app rather than the phone's bluetooth settings.

Connecting the Flex to the USB port is just for charging. The connection is made over bluetooth. However, you don't do this by the bluetooth settings on the phone. Instead you need to download the fitbit app on the phone and go through the setup process as described here:

Ok. Try the setup again by going into the account section of the app and choosing "set up a device". Hopefully this time it will step you through the connection process.
