Hi all, i have a Samsung Galaxy J5 (2015) and have had a charge and now an Alta. Since the last update i have not been able to get text or call notifications on my Alta.
My wife has the exact same phone and a charge HR and she can get her call notifications.
Contacted Fitbit and they say my device is not compatible, but how come my wifes is and mine was until the latest update.
Anyone else had similar issues?

Hi @Pelicans1978, its nice to see new faces in our Fitbit Community. With device that are not listed as compatible in our List of Compatible Devices, the difference is we cannot guarantee it will work flawlessly, although not necessarily mean it wont work. Our teams are constantly testing different device to make sure all mobile phones can support the features that offer the Fitbit app and the trackers.
In your case, it wont hurt to try the different suggestions from this post: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
