Fitbit Update 04/19/2018: Hi everyone - Thanks so much for patiently waiting while we released a fix. I'm happy to report we started rolling out Fitbit for Android version 2.70 yesterday, on 4/18. Each new app version is slowly released, so if you don't see it available in the Google Play store yet, it will be there shortly. This app version contains the fix, so please update!
If you continue to see the "Do not Disturb" error message after updating, please let me know. I would like to receive confirmation from you all that this app version really did fix it.
Thanks for all your help!
Hi, Android users!
Thanks for reporting this Do not Disturb Error notification with the Fitbit app. We have escalated this to our team for investigation. If I need more information from you all, I'll make sure to ask and update this thread. Thanks for your help!

@AlvaroFitbit wrote:Hi everyone! This is something odd. Could you all give me more information about your phones and the OS version they are running? This will help our team better investigate and pinpoint the reason for the issue. Also make sure the app has the necessary permissions (Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions), check your privacy settings so your messages and calls show on the locked screen and if nothing else works clear the cache of your app (in the same settings area of the permissions).
I look forward to your replies!

Best AnswerSame here, I have a galaxy s7 edge. I changed the vibration intensity to all settings to non existent. Just updated the app and happens in silence mode. Try to change vibration settings until there is an update to fix it.
Best AnswerI'm here too. Just started with my charge 2 and Samsung galaxy note 3 today. Phone definitely isn't in DND.
Best AnswerI have the same problem and I have done all you have sugested, my phone is a galaxy s8+. Bit anoyig but hope you can sort it because this was one of the reasons why I purchased my charge 2
Best AnswerThis is frustrating. Not even the work arounds are working for me. I'm finished rebooting...resynching and triple checking...bugging people to test the message function. Fitbit and I were getting along so well until this event.
Best AnswerHi everybody with this notification problem. I have just worked it out. When your phone is in silent mode it will show your phone as do not disturb, when you either have your phone on vibrate or volume on the do not disturb notification disapeares. Yurica 😀
Best AnswerIt's only when phone is on silent. But sucks for me, because I'm required to keep it on silent till I clock out. Really hope they fix this soon.
