"Failed to Send Fitbit Friend Request" Error 403 (Android)

I can't add any friends either and can't receive any requests either. On android.

I finally succeeded by sending an email invite through the website page. Good luck!

I was able to connect and it found exactly 1 friend and I know there's more.

The friend didn't go away when I tried hard refreshing the page and added the friend again and "something went wrong"

So this is all a bit rubbish. I bought a fitbit to try before trailing with a group of patients. Not inspiring me to purchase lots of these devices!

I have a couple of friends and myself who were trying to get synced. Seems like iphone to iphone works and android to android works but android to iphone or iphone to android does not work. Just a thought.

I was finally able to connect by using people's emails.

Not that I know of.

Someone said they finally got it to work using emails. I had tried that before also but maybe I'll try that again. Good Luck!

I've not found a way other than using that person's email address

I am using the Microsoft Windows version of the Fitbit app and it won't let me friend request my friends using their emails and just gives me an error, but it doesn't let me friend request them again. I don't know what the problem is, can someone help?
