I can't add any friends either and can't receive any requests either. On android.
Best AnswerI finally succeeded by sending an email invite through the website page. Good luck!
Best AnswerI was able to connect and it found exactly 1 friend and I know there's more.
The friend didn't go away when I tried hard refreshing the page and added the friend again and "something went wrong"
Best AnswerSo this is all a bit rubbish. I bought a fitbit to try before trailing with a group of patients. Not inspiring me to purchase lots of these devices!
Best AnswerI have a couple of friends and myself who were trying to get synced. Seems like iphone to iphone works and android to android works but android to iphone or iphone to android does not work. Just a thought.
I've got the same issue
Failed to send Friend Request

Best AnswerThis is happening to me too, was this ever resolved?

Best AnswerI am using the Microsoft Windows version of the Fitbit app and it won't let me friend request my friends using their emails and just gives me an error, but it doesn't let me friend request them again. I don't know what the problem is, can someone help?
