tracker not found

Is anyone else having issue with the app all of a sudden not finding the tracker? It actually syncs but doesn't show me how many steps. The reason I know it must be syncing is I have it hooked up with my virgin miles account and it will show me some steps but I don't know how accurate it is. Never had a problem finding my tracker until the last couple of days. It is really frustrating! HELP!!!

It is possible that it is an issue with the app not loading up all of the details from our servers. My suggestion would be to try and log out of the app and then log back in. That should force the app to reconnect and the information should then show up.
