Does anyone have any trouble with it not vibrating when you hit your goal, and not syncing when u sleep. I did what it said. Plugged it in and held it down for 12 seconds.

Hello @chelseyluckmann, welcome to our Fitbit Community. The most basic recommendation is to make sure your goals are properly configured; as default should be 10,000 steps per day. Make sure your daily goal progress is set as Steps too. In order to test your tracker you can set a silent alarm and if vibrates it means your tracker is working fine.

About your sleep is not syncing, this get more tricky. I wonder if is syncing your steps and other stats too? If this is the case I can recommend to take a look at the following post. It will provide additional suggestions for syncing issues. Now if its only your sleep is not syncing, you can change to sensitivity of your tracker on your device settings.

If you were wearing your tracker during the night, you can manually log your sleep too:

1. Sign into your Fitbit Dashboard, then click "Log Activity", then select the "Sleep" tab.
2. Enter the time that you entered your bed and left your bed. Use the "previous day" drop-down option if you went to bed before midnight. Select the "same day" option if you went to bed after midnight.
3. You have the option to choose "12 hr" if you want to enter your time in AM/PM format, or "24 hr" if you prefer Military Time.
4. Once you sync your tracker your sleep information will be visible on your Dashboard.

Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes.
