not able to use Alexa on my versa 2.  when I push the button on the side to wake up Alexa nothing happens. I do not get anything..  How do I fix this?  I read the instructions and followed what it says to do and I am not successful.  I have an android Samsung Galaxy 9S+.

Are you simply taping the button or holding it in for a second?

I am pushing in the button for 30 seconds, waiting for Alexa to appear on the screen and the screen stays dark.

After 10 seconds of holding in the button, the Versa 2 will reboot. 

Hold the button for a second, no more then two seconds.

I did what you said and it went direct to my pin and after I inputted my 4 digit pin then I push the button again slightly and it brought up quick settings??
