Hello,

I have not been using my fitbit Aria scale for a 9 months. Now I only get the error message on the display: 0X20

Taking out batteries does not work.

What does it mean and how do I get it back to work?

How long are you taking the batteries out and are they fresh? Take them out for at least a minute.

@Evie.peeters   That error message isn't on the list of error codes for any Aria model.  I think it's time to contact Support.
