2nd user not being recognised

I have added a 2nd user to my new Aria 2. They have received the invite, chosen there icon and weighed themselves. They show as GUEST.

- On the fitbit app and the web interface they see they are registered against the device.

- They see they are registered under "people using this scale" (along with icon).

- They have weighed themselves 10 times and on each occurance through the web interface have reassigned the weight from guest to themselves.

- Note, the 1st user and 2nd user have a 15kg weight difference.

- The 1st user has to select their icon after every weigh.

Any thoughts?

First time with a Fitbit product, so far not that impressed with the documentation and something that should be so simple not working.

Hi @DramaQueenDiva, Saw that in my investigations and unfortunately no help.

- The scale is listed in 2nd users fitbit login (both app and web interface).

- The height and weight of the user is correct.

- Weighed 10 times.

I know that both users personal icons have been downloaded to the scale as the first user now has to choose who they are by selecting the correct icon.

Question is; how to get it to recognise the 2nd user as not a guest, having followed all suggestions I have found on the forum and help sites.

@NevP Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is recognizing the second user as a "Guest" even though he/she has weighed themselves and your weights are not close. If you haven't done so, please restart your Aria scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, have the second user to weigh themselves again for 5 times in a row and see if the issue gets fixed.
