Aria 2 Body Fat % Not Working

My Aria 2 is no long calculating body fat % after weighing. The weight is working fine and syncing with my account. I am not wearing socks when using this either.

 

I've tried taking the batteries out and weight myself 5 times, but this has done nothing.

Tried reconnecting the scales, but this has done nothing.

 

What else can I do to fix this?

Is body fat % showing in weight history on app?  It is possible to have just disabled the display on scale but have it still go to history on app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, it's not showing in the history. Just displays as 0.0%.
