If it's a new scale, or your weight has significantly changed you might need to manually attribute the weight to your account.
If you're the account the scale is connected to you can do it yourself, if you're not, you'll have to have the account owner do it.

Appreciate the reply. It is my account and I was manually accepting the weighing for the first day but this morning it figured it out and I am no longer recognized as guest.

Best AnswerI was also going to suggest a recalibration. Remove the batteries for 10 seconds or so and then reinsert them back into the scale. Then weigh yourself 5 times in a row and you should be all set.
