I bought an aria scale last year...maybe longer...finally tryi g to sync and can’t figure it out, please help...I’m almost 60 and not great with tech bit motivated to get fit and lose weight....any help is appreciated ((note that I played m cassettes today)...

@Calgarygal  There are two fundamental things that you need before you can start -- a compatible smart phone (check the list) with the Fitbit app on it and a home wi-fi network (not to overdo this, but it needs to be a 802.11b/g/n 2.4 GHz).  You will not be able to set up your scale without these.

 

Perhaps a more tech savvy family member or friend can help you with the rest of the set up.

@Calgarygal Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on and would like to know if you were able to set up your Aria 2 after following the advice that shared my friend @LZeeW or if you need still help with the setup process.

 

In case some tech savvy person can help you as @LZeeW mentioned, please have them to follow the setup process as described in this help article.
